Development of 55 residential lots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Project had major problems with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), City and municipal departments regarding such issues as leins, dumping, etc.

HCCP purchased note from bank in mid-2009, and within nine months, was able to accomplish:

Foreclosure on original borrower.
Rebranded development as villas priced in the $450,000-$500,000 range
Resolved all issues with TXDOT and City management to bring project into compliance and obtained certificates of occupancy for the first phase of twenty lots.
Created builder group, established HOA, commenced lot sales successfully
Vertical construction has begun
