History
Hunter Chase Capital Partners is a team of professionals who have worked together since 1994 when they created and managed Key Bank�s Real Estate Private Equity Group. In 2004 this same team created Hunter Chase & Co. In 2009, key members of Hunter Chase & Co. and Vinewood Capital, whose principal has partnered with this team in various investments, created HCCP, a separate and distinct entity.
The Vinewood companies have been active since the early 90's in the development of various real estate properties, and oil and gas investments. Recent investments in 2006 through 2008 include Craigsanquhar House, located near St. Andrew's, Scotland. Also the Newell 2006 Waterflood and oil development program was initiated in west Texas.
HCCP has offices in Southlake, Texas, its headquarters, and in Carlsbad, California. Read more about the experience and expertise of each member in their biographies.
