A Full Service Investment Manager
HCCP is unique in how it conducts its business. We draw directly from our diverse background in oil and gas, real estate lending, development, acquisition, workout, accounting and asset management to assess or assemble all the components to closing highly profitable investments. This allows us to provide our investors the operational sophistication of an institutional fiduciary, coupled with the entrepreneurial spirit and nimble approach of a small, boutique firm.
HCCP is committed to:
- Thorough underwriting, pro-active asset management, and significant participation in the disposition process
- Identifying “off-market” investments that generate superior risk-adjusted returns
- Highest level of communication and transparency through customized reporting
Real Estate Investments
HCCP targets short-medium term real estate investments in discounted performing senior loans, distressed projects and assets below replacement value. We focus on multi-family and mixed used investments that have clear exit strategies and takeouts. A typical oil and gas investment ranges from three to five years.
Oil and Gas Investments
HCCP utilizes operating partners which include public companies and large private entities to provide superior investment opportunities. These investments are nationwide in scope and encompass both oil and natural gas. Typical types of investments would include gas producing shale formations such as those found in north and south Texas. Oil investments would include standard drilling and production techniques, such as those found in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as utilization of new drilling technologies, such as those found in the oil rich Bakken shale, located in North Dakota.
